Unexpected bug fix update!

Fixed bug where you could not delete your own messages

The "Dispute Reason" text box should now resize as you type text into it.

"Match has closed" + "There are no messages" messages should no longer overlap match chats

"Match has closed" message is replaced with text showing the name of the user that left.

DMs now show a number of open dms using the ugliest bright green possible.

Bugs related to editing chat messages are now fixed.  
1) Cursor should appear at the end of the input box
2) Messages that haven't reached the server should now be editable

Added ability to "Force chat and match view" in settings

- ... Lots of ladder mod related updates / bug fixes regarding setting disputes (Basically too much time was spent rewriting this!)
