This is probably going to be a real challenge but I going to try and set up netplay on a computer I built from 3 broken computers that were all from around 2008. This is going to be a long day....

Update: It didn't really work out, given that the on-board graphics were from a POS ready PC that was originally used in an ice cream shop.
