After being on the Anther site for about 2 months, i came to realize that there are few people who play Super Smash Bros Brawl.
I believe that if there were Ranked matches for this site i am sure there would be more players playing Super Smash Bros Brawl. I also believe that if the admins featured doubles ladder and singles ladder, there might be a chance players would play Brawl. If however they were to create ladder, they should inform players that previous Super Smash Bros Brawl players who had already been on AllisBrawl.com which is now Nintendodojo.com that net play and Wimmfi are two different servers. Now you are probably wondering"What is a 'Wimmfi' server?" Well Wimmfi is a custom made sever that allowed nintendo wii consoles that was disconnected by the nintendo sever to be connected once again to continue playing Super Smash Bros Brawl. Can you get connected? yes there is still a way to connect to the server. However! Getting it set up is the hard part. For impatient players to take the time to connect to Wimmfi server will take longer than you think as to playing netplay its like a easy 1-2-3 step.
For players who previously been on AllisBrawl will be delighted to hear about this. For some people it is rather difficult to set up the netplay. Not because of the guide is too complex but because of their computer models being a 32x bit and may not know how to switch it from a 32x bit to a 64x bit. Making a ladder that equally balances out both brawl servers would be great news for the both brawl players. I've encountered net play user and they became a bot upset because i had a wimmfi and cant set up my netplay due to the 32xbit.
Will there ever be one? i do not know for i am just a simple user of this site. I believe if they made one it would be great so that there can be more brawl smashing!
Providing the guide to set up wimmfi will be rather difficult to obtain for me at the moment but if i find it i will ensure it to this website as a guide for those interested.
Differences from net play and wimmfi is that maybe you can load hacks. i do not know about net play but if so then that is great.
Please inform players about this and the admins. Making a ladder for Brawl would be great and may convince some players to play rank! Any questions please ask! just Post on my wall :)
