[Very] Common Issues:
Dolphin Crashes Upon Opening:
This could be one of a few things:
1) Conflicting Adapter Drivers/uninstalled adapter drivers (Zadig vs Vjoy). [4 port Wii U GC Adapter/4 port Mayflash on Wii U mode Only]
To see if this is the cause of dolphin crashing, start dolphin with the GC adapter UNPLUGGED. If dolphin still crashes, this is not the issue. If dolphin starts up, close dolphin and plug in your GC adapter.
If you have installed Vjoy on your computer, you have to completely uninstall it at this point: http://prntscr.com/7dxh9m
At this point, you need to install Zadig if you haven't done so. Please follow this guide for details: http://www.smashladder.com/blogs/view/258h/how-to-configuring-a-controller
Once you finish installing Zadig, dolphin should start up correctly WITH the adapter plugged in.
2) Corrupted Download/Dolphin folder
Solution: Redownload Dolphin and remove the current one causing issues. In Libraries > Documents, Rename (if you want to have it as a backup) or Remove/Delete the Dolphin Emulators Folder: http://prntscr.com/7d5e33
3) An undiagnosed problem
Solution: Not one at this time ;~;!
Why am I getting FPS Drops/Why Am I lagging?! It didn't do this in 652-5886-etc.
1) One quick answer is that you might have Internal resolution set on Auto (Graphics > Enhancements). Try setting it to 1x Internal resolution: http://prntscr.com/7egvpq
2) Set Framelimit (Config > General) to "Auto": http://prntscr.com/7egvpp
3) Try switching between the Direct3D and OpenGL Graphic Backends to see how different the program runs: http://prntscr.com/7ezk1z
4) Try Using the Optimization Thread for more details and information: http://www.smashladder.com/blogs/view/25hq/2015-06-08/4-0-6554-setup-guide
